At the ceremony, the Fatherland Front Committee of An Dong Ward launched a competitive emulation movement throughout the entire political system and among all strata of the people, aiming to promote the strength of national unity and link the emulation movement with practical projects and tasks.

On this occasion, the Fatherland Front of the ward launched the Community Legal Advisory Team; and signed a cooperation program with the Ward Police Command on "Promoting the movement of all citizens protecting national security in the new situation" in the ward for the period 2025-2033.
The ward also signed a cooperation program with the Ward Military Command on national defense and security work, maintaining political security and contributing to building a strong and comprehensive local foundation; selecting and recruiting citizens for military service; and taking care of military support policies in the area in 2025.

The organizing committee also awarded 30 scholarships (Nguyen Huu Tho, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, and Tran Boi Co scholarships) along with 10 bicycles to students from disadvantaged backgrounds for the 2025-2026 academic year. Additionally, 80 social welfare gifts were presented to war veterans and disadvantaged households on the occasion of National Day.

At the ceremony, many units and neighborhoods registered to carry out emulation projects on environmental sanitation and social welfare, contributing to building a civilized and compassionate An Dong ward.

Immediately following the ceremony, the festivities continued with lively activities: a flower-decorated bicycle parade, a "Loving Ao Dai" (traditional Vietnamese dress) booth, a booth showcasing women's startup products, a free haircut area, a fundraising event for the "Pink Smile" program, legal advice, and guidance on saving water for daily use.
