Notice of meeting and working schedule with businesses and investors in May 2025

The meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on May 23 (Friday) at the 100-seat meeting room, 3rd floor, Provincial Administration Center (No. 36 Tran Phu, Ward 4, Da Lat city).

Comrade Vo Ngoc Hiep - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting; with the participation of representatives of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, branches, and units: Finance; Agriculture and Environment; Industry and Trade; Construction; Tax Branch of Region XIII - One-stop shop of Lam Dong province; Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center; representatives of the People's Committees of related districts and cities; Chairman of the Provincial Business Association.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned leaders of relevant departments, branches, sectors and localities to summarize the results of handling business recommendations in April 2025, send them to the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion to summarize and report to the Provincial People's Committee; attend with the correct composition and time as prescribed; prepare contents related to the assigned fields to directly receive and resolve difficulties and problems of investors and businesses at the meeting.

The Provincial Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion compiles registration comments of businesses registered in May 2025; synthesizes and reports on the implementation of the directions of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee leaders at the meeting with businesses in April 2025; reports to the Provincial People's Committee on May 22.

Enterprises and investors in the province who have difficulties and problems that need to be resolved should register to attend at the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center (address: 1st Floor, Lam Dong Provincial Administrative Center, No. 36 Tran Phu, Ward 4, Da Lat City; Phone number: 02633832964); at the same time, send comments and recommendations to the Center before May 22, 2025 so that the Center can synthesize and notify enterprises and investors of the specific working schedule.

Enterprises and investors have registered to send legal representatives or authorized persons in accordance with regulations to attend the meeting.
