Zalopay Multi-Function QR Code is deployed for COD orders of BEST Express

The Zalopay Multi-Functional QR payment code will be integrated by BEST Express into the payment system on the delivery application from October 2024, helping to strengthen the cashless delivery ecosystem and enhance user experience.

This solution is applied synchronously throughout the BEST Express postal system in 63 provinces and cities nationwide, becoming one of the cashless payment methods for COD orders. Each COD order will have its own QR code generated, notifying the exact amount the customer needs to pay. The collection will be automatically recorded and transferred directly to the BEST Express financial system, helping the business's reconciliation system update and check payment data accurately in real time.

Currently, COD is still a very popular form of payment in Vietnam, requiring logistics companies to manually process payment collection, statistics and tracking, leading to fragmented management and consuming a lot of human resources and costs.
