The 3rd runner-up position belonged to Dinh Y Quyen (Gia Lai). Le Thi Thu Tra won the 2nd runner-up title. The 1st runner-up of the contest was Nguyen Thi Thu Ngan (Ca Mau). The final round of the contest took place at 7:30 p.m. After the performance of the song "Cheri Cheri Lady" by reigning Miss Vo Le Que Anh and 35 contestants, the beauties took turns shouting their names and their hometowns. Promoting the typical way of calling names at Miss Grand, many candidates impressed by choosing to sing and recite poems to introduce themselves. This is the 4th time Miss Grand Vietnam has been held. After more than a month, the contest entered the final round with 35 contestants. The crowned beauty will succeed Vo Le Que Anh and compete in Miss Grand International 2025 (one of the 6 largest beauty contests in the world) in November. In addition, 4 girls in the top 5 were also awarded the title of runner-up and crown.
