Approval of the planning project for subdivision 16 of Van Phong Economic Zone

The 7th term Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council, 18th session, has just issued a Resolution approving the Construction Zoning Plan (scale 1/2000) of the Northeast Ninh Hoa Urban and Residential Service Area (old) in subdivision 16 of Van Phong Economic Zone.

Accordingly, the planning area belongs to Ninh An and Ninh Tho communes (old) - now Bac Ninh Hoa commune and Ninh Diem ward (old) - now Dong Ninh Hoa ward. The planning area is about 2,827 hectares. The planning boundary of this area is determined as follows: The North borders subdivision 13 - Van Hung Industrial and Urban Service Park; the South borders subdivision 17 - Bac Hon Heo Urban and Industrial Area; the East borders subdivision 14 - Ninh Hai - Doc Let Urban Tourism Area; the West borders subdivision 15 - Tay Ninh An Urban and Industrial Service Area.

The nature of the planning area is an existing residential area, a coastal ecological urban area. The population is forecast to be about 30,000 people. The Provincial People's Council assigns the Provincial People's Committee to organize the implementation of this resolution; continue to complete the content of the planning project and approve it according to its authority, ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations, consistent with the orientation of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 318, dated March 29, 2023; Adjust the master plan for the construction of Van Phong Economic Zone, Khanh Hoa province to 2040, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 298, dated March 27, 2023 and related sectoral and field plans in the area approved by competent authorities.
