On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (December 2, 1975 - December 2, 2025); the 105th anniversary of the birth of President Kaysone Phomvihane (December 13, 1920 - December 13, 2025), on behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Bui Thi Minh Hoai sent a letter to Comrade Sinlavong Khoutphaythoune, Politburo member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee, President of the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (December 2, 1975 - December 2, 2025) and the 105th anniversary of the birth of President Kaysone Phomvihane (December 13, 1920 - December 13, 2025), on behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, I respectfully send to Comrade Sinlavong Khoutphaythoune, Member of the Politburo of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction and all leaders and officials of the Central Committee of the Lao Front for National Construction my warmest congratulations and best regards.
I am pleased to see that over the past 50 years, under the wise leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, the Lao people have achieved great victories in the struggle for national liberation, and in building and developing the country.
In that glorious cause, the Lao Front for National Construction played an important role in gathering and uniting all classes of people, promoting all resources, strength and creativity to make great contributions to the overall victory of Laos.
