Revoking the registration certificate of many health protection food products

Accordingly, the Food Safety Department decided to revoke the validity of the product declaration registration certificate for 10 health protection food products announced by Nam Viet Biotechnology Joint Stock Company (at the Small and Medium Industrial Cluster, Dien Phu Commune, Dien Khanh District, Khanh Hoa Province).

In addition, the Department also revoked the validity of the registration certificate of the product declaration SADI SLIM PLUS (No. 8397/2020/DKSP, dated August 31, 2020) of Hoang Huy Organic Trading and Development Company Limited (Tay Ho District, Hanoi ), and the product CHOCODIET (No. 3198/2021/DKSP, dated April 9, 2021) previously registered by Loewy Brand Company Limited - now renamed Staywell Trading Company Limited (Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City).

The Food Safety Department said that the revocation of registration certificates is to ensure compliance with food safety laws, tighten product quality management on the market and protect consumer health.

The Department also requires related businesses to strictly comply with regulations on product registration and declaration. In case of violation, businesses will be handled according to current regulations.
