Praising the spirit of being on duty at regular work as well as during Tet at agencies, the Prime Minister highly appreciated the efforts and achievements of units in firmly protecting independence, sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity, maintaining security, national defense, political stability, and social order and safety.

Sharing with officers and soldiers of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (Ministry of Public Security), the Prime Minister highly appreciated the Project on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the 2022-2025 period, with a vision to 2030 (Project 06) and the construction of a national database on population.
According to him, this has contributed to reforming administrative procedures, innovating working methods, reducing direct contact between officials and civil servants with people carrying out procedures, reducing costs, reducing travel, reducing inconvenience, harassment and corruption for people and businesses.
The Prime Minister expects the unit to become one of the model units in implementing Resolution 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; continue to perfect the database, work with agencies to build a National Data Center, ensure connectivity with ministries, agencies, localities and data security.

Visiting the Security Investigation Department (Ministry of Public Security), Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh directed the unit to be a model in protecting national security, firmly grasping the situation, always maintaining vigilance, and absolutely not being negligent, subjective, or losing vigilance under any circumstances.
The Prime Minister also requested the unit to step up the fight against and handle crimes, foil the plots of reactionary organizations, hostile forces, and opportunists; and do a good job of basic investigation work...
Ensuring national security while creating development space, doing a good job of building and guiding law enforcement, creating space to encourage innovation... are important orientations suggested by the head of the Government.

At Brigade K3, the Prime Minister acknowledged that after nearly 30 years of building, fighting and growing, Brigade K3 has always been an elite and loyal fighting force of the National Defense Intelligence, achieving many outstanding achievements.
Along with maintaining the ideological position and being highly determined to successfully complete the mission in all situations, the Prime Minister requested the unit to improve the quality of training, combat readiness, and train soldiers with truly elite, combat-ready, professional skills, tactics, and expertise, good action skills, independent combat capabilities, and high combat strength.
