Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his pleasure at meeting Kyrgyz Prime Minister Adylbek Kasimalyev again after Prime Minister Kasimalyev's official visit to Vietnam in March 2025 and affirmed that Vietnam always attaches importance to the traditional friendship with Kyrgyzstan.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh conveyed a letter from President Luong Cuong inviting the President of Kyrgyzstan to attend the signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention on Cybercrime in Hanoi in October 2025.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed that Vietnamese ministries and sectors are actively and effectively implementing the agreements that the leaders of the two countries agreed to promote during Prime Minister Kasimalyev's visit. Accordingly, the Prime Minister suggested that the two sides promote economic and trade cooperation and railway connections between the two countries and through that with countries in the Central Asian region.
The Prime Minister thanked and asked Kyrgyzstan to continue creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to invest and do business in Kyrgyzstan and for the Vietnamese community in Kyrgyzstan to stabilize their lives, integrate well and contribute to the relationship between the two countries.
The Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan emotionally recalled the good memories of his recent official visit to Vietnam and thanked the Vietnamese leaders and people for the warm welcome he received.
Prime Minister Adylbek Kasimalyev agreed with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s proposals on promoting bilateral relations, including the early establishment of the Vietnam-Kyrgyzstan Intergovernmental Committee this year, signing important agreements in the fields of economics, trade and investment; creating conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to explore the market, seek investment opportunities and support trade cooperation between the two countries.

To deepen the relationship between the two countries, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan invited Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Vietnamese leaders to visit Kyrgyzstan soon, affirming his wish to welcome Vietnamese ministerial delegations to discuss and carefully prepare for specific cooperation between the two countries before high-level visits.
The two sides agreed to increase exchanges and in-depth political dialogue at all levels, especially at the high level, and between the Governments, ministries, sectors and localities of the two countries; closely coordinate to effectively implement agreements that have been promoted by the two countries' high-ranking leaders; continue to closely coordinate to promote cooperation in all aspects, and enhance mutual understanding between the two peoples.
