Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh affirmed: The Autumn Economic Forum 2025 is not only an important international event, but also a milestone opening a new and aspirational journey in Vietnam's journey of development cooperation and international integration; for peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and the world.
According to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, the world is facing a context of slowing growth, rising global government debt, declining world trade, broken supply chains, stagnant production and business, and a decline in jobs and people's livelihoods.
The current context poses difficulties and challenges but also brings opportunities and advantages that require solidarity to create resources, strengthen trust; together build a common future of wealth, prosperity and sustainable development; in which "green transformation in the digital age" is an inevitable trend, an objective requirement, a strategic choice and a top priority of all countries in the process of rapid and sustainable development.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized the spirit of international solidarity and promoted multilateralism to address global, people-wide, and comprehensive challenges. At the same time, he stated Vietnam's consistent and consistent viewpoint in the process of "green transformation in the digital age", which is that all development takes people, people, and businesses as the center, subject, goal, driving force, and resources.

With the theme "Green transformation in the digital age", the discussion sessions and dialogues within the framework of this year's Forum need to aim towards a common goal: finding breakthrough solutions to promote green growth, promote innovation, while ensuring rapid, sustainable and inclusive development, "leaving no one behind in the green transformation of the digital age".
