After a morning of official activities on November 2, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte cycled together around Phan Dinh Phung, Nguyen Tri Phuong, Dien Bien Phu and Ton That Dam streets.

Prime Minister Mark Rutte is world-famous for being the Prime Minister of a country that often cycles to work every day.
