The International Women Entrepreneurs Council (IWEC) is an organization of women entrepreneurs that promotes the development of women-led businesses. With the mission of connecting and supporting women entrepreneurs at home and abroad, IWEC aims to continuously expand and develop, contributing to enhancing the role of women in the economy .
Speaking at the Conference, IWEC Chairwoman, Ms. Le Thi Minh Hoa said: The launch of the Executive Board, Advisory Board and other committees in the new organizational structure marks an innovation in the management and development orientation of IWEC. This is an important step to improve the efficiency of the organization's operations, ensuring transparency and professionalism in all activities. With the launch of the new Executive Board, Advisory Board and the proposed strategic cooperation plans, it is possible to believe that IWEC will continue to develop strongly.
Also at the Conference, Ms. Vu Thi Thanh Loan, Permanent Vice President and General Secretary of IWEC, presented IWEC's action plan for the fourth quarter of 2024. Accordingly, the Council will focus on supporting members, expanding the network and promoting cooperation among female entrepreneurs.
The conference proposed cooperation plans with domestic and foreign partners to expand the influence of IWEC. These plans focus on cooperation in the fields ofeducation and training, market research and trade promotion, creating synergy values and expanding opportunities for female entrepreneurs.

The Executive Board and Advisory Board discussed future development directions, including strategic goals and potential projects. These directions will help IWEC face new challenges and seize new opportunities, aiming to build a strong and united community of women entrepreneurs.
The opinions of the delegates at the Conference affirmed the important role of women in all areas of social life, especially in the economy. Female entrepreneurs not only contribute to promoting the development of enterprises but also create added value for society, contributing to the sustainable development of the country. The efforts of female entrepreneurs have affirmed the position of women in the economy and inspired the next generation. IWEC has been doing a very good job in connecting, supporting, and creating a favorable environment for female entrepreneurs to develop. The cooperation between IWEC and domestic and international organizations and agencies is a testament to the efforts to promote sustainable development and enhance the position of female entrepreneurs.
The delegates also hoped that IWEC would continue to promote its role, expand its cooperation network, create conditions for female entrepreneurs to access new opportunities, and at the same time actively contribute to the development of the business community in general. In the coming time, IWEC members will exchange and share ideas and solutions to continue to develop, promote cooperation and enhance the role of female entrepreneurs in the economy.

In the face of the severe damage caused by storm No. 3 and the floods that have just occurred in the northern provinces and cities, the Conference called on IWEC member entrepreneurs to participate in supporting and contributing to share and help people quickly restore production and stabilize their lives. On September 19, the IWEC Charity Association will travel to some flooded and damaged areas caused by storm No. 3 in the two provinces of Yen Bai and Tuyen Quang , directly presenting gifts to 50 households in cash, rice and other necessities./.
