Integrating 4 administrative procedures of the Party into the National Public Service Portal

This is a specific step to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; at the same time, concretize Directive No. 42-CT/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on continuing to promote digital transformation throughout the city's Party Committee.

The procedure for collecting comments from Party cells and Party committees on Party members has been integrated into the National Public Service Portal.

Accordingly, cadres and party members of the Hanoi Party Committee can access the address www.dichvucong.gov.vn, log in with their personal identification code via the VNeID application to use the above Party administrative procedures.

The pilot application of these four procedures is being implemented on a scale of all official and probationary party members of Party organizations in the Hanoi Party Committee, with the management and implementation guidance of Party cells, grassroots Party committees and direct superior Party committees.

In the first phase, the online form via the National Public Service Portal will be implemented in parallel with the traditional form (paper documents) to support party members who are not familiar with using technology or are living in areas with difficult infrastructure.

Putting the Party's administrative procedures on a digital platform not only demonstrates high political determination in promoting administrative reform, but is also a breakthrough in Party work, contributing to improving the effectiveness of leadership and direction and facilitating Party members in performing their organizational duties.
