On the morning of November 20, continuing the program of checking the progress of the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son inspected two important locations where the activities of the Forum will take place. Of which, Thiskyhall Sala Convention Center (An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) is the main location.
At Thiskyhall, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son noted arrangements to impress international delegates about Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam, especially in terms of innovation, technology and AI...
He further emphasized the arrangement of green areas for attendees to rest and enjoy the city landscape with the Saigon River and the Thu Thiem area, which is expected to form the International Finance Center (IFC).
In addition, traffic and travel between locations are also required to be closely monitored, traffic organized and flowed smoothly to avoid congestion during rush hours in Ho Chi Minh City.
Referring to the organization of the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the event will need to focus on creating a space for dialogue and setting up separate rooms so that, in addition to bilateral exchanges, Vietnamese businesses will have favorable conditions to contact, exchange and sign cooperation agreements with international partners right at the forum.

In addition to the work of building space for the forum, the Deputy Prime Minister also paid attention to security work, as this is a major event of the city, gathering more than 1,500 domestic and international delegates, including representatives of countries, international organizations and leaders of leading businesses.
Accordingly, the forum must ensure that the content and organization meet the needs of Ho Chi Minh City, but also be respectful, hospitable, friendly and meticulous in terms of reception, logistics, security and promotional activities for the brand of Vietnam and the city.

In particular, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son emphasized that the art performance program to welcome foreign delegates must be unique, reflecting Vietnamese cultural identity, but also needs to be professionally allocated time so that guests can chat in between.
Mr. Le Truong Duy, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Center for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR), informed that the preparation of the content and agenda of the forum is closely following the Government's instructions, ensuring that the event will take place in an orderly and large-scale manner.
During a meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister on the organization of the forum on the evening of November 19, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc requested relevant departments and branches to urgently complete the preparation work, emphasizing that the success of the forum will be an important basis for international friends to evaluate the image of Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City.
Many outstanding activities at the Autumn Economic Forum 2025

Held at Thiskyhall Sala (An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City), the Autumn Economic Forum 2025 with the theme "Green Transformation in the Digital Age" will have many high-level activities throughout the three days of November 25, 26 and 27.
Opening the series of activities on November 25, WEF Executive Director Stephan Mergenthaler directly shared and inspired young people, the young business community and startups about the global vision in promoting green - digital transformation and developing a smart economy at the talk show "Intelligent Generation NOW".
On the same afternoon, the CEO500 Tea Party - Tea Connect took place, a high-level dialogue space between the Vietnamese Government and the city with more than 500 domestic and international business leaders.
On November 26, Government leaders and high-ranking delegates will have lunch and discuss the topic "Cooperation for green goals in the digital age towards a smart economy". In the afternoon, the Prime Minister and WEF leaders will have a high-level policy dialogue on the topic "Science and technology shaping Vietnam in the era of development".
November 27 will be a day of activities focusing on connecting, experiencing and enhancing international cooperation. Ho Chi Minh City will also have the opportunity to introduce outstanding businesses, as well as the technology and innovation ecosystem that is developing strongly in Vietnam in general and in the city in particular, to connect investment and enhance cooperation between parties.
These activities demonstrate the city's commitment to long-term cooperation with the international community, while honoring the spirit of connection - innovation - integration, making the Autumn Economic Forum an international dialogue event with regional influence.
