To cope with the exceptionally heavy rain and floods, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi requested departments, branches, sectors, units, socio -political organizations of the province and People's Committees of communes and wards in the province to strictly implement the directives of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province on leadership and direction in response to Storm No. 11 (MATMO) in the province.

Particularly for Cam Son reservoir, it is necessary to monitor 4 times a day and calculate the water flow to the reservoir, estimate the possibility of increasing the reservoir water level to proactively operate the reservoir to prevent floods safely.
For reservoirs at risk of being unsafe, the management and operation units must proactively propose solutions to ensure safety. Organize the operation of pumping stations and equipment serving flood discharge of reservoirs, arrange enough spare materials and equipment to ensure timely repair and replacement in case of operational problems.
Dredging and clearing flood spillways and drainage canal systems to proactively drain and drain floods. For dyke lines at risk of overflowing, it is necessary to prepare a covering plan to ensure the safety of the works when water overflows the dyke. Strengthen inspection work on dyke lines, strictly carry out patrolling and guarding work to protect dykes, promptly detect and properly handle incidents and situations that may occur from the first hour. Be responsible before the law if there is a loss of safety in the dyke system due to failure to patrol and guard dykes according to the provisions of law.
