Seriously receive and process online applications submitted from the National Public Service Portal

(QNgTV) - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Ngoc Sam signed Official Dispatch No. 2407/UBND-TTHC directing the reception and processing of online records submitted from the National Public Service Portal.

According to statistics, in August 2025, Quang Ngai received more than 43 thousand online applications; of which, more than 40 thousand applications were processed on time, 188 applications were received late and 360 overdue applications were being processed.

To ensure that 100% of applications are processed promptly, the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches and localities to thoroughly instruct officials and civil servants to strictly receive and process applications online. At the same time, promptly review and completely handle slow and overdue applications.

The Provincial People's Committee Office and the Department of Science and Technology are assigned to coordinate, urge, and remove difficulties in data synchronization to serve the assessment of the Index of serving people and businesses on the National Public Service Portal.
