Besides the task of production development, Thang Long Tobacco Company also pays special attention to improving the material and spiritual life of workers.

In 2022, the income of the company's officers, employees and workers will be stable, higher than in 2021. The average income in 2022 is 26.78 million VND/person/month.

Chairman of the Trade Union of Thang Long Tobacco Company Tran Dinh Thang said: In 2022, the Company raised salaries, raised salaries early, and transferred salary scales for 378 officers and employees in accordance with regulations; and resolved retirement benefits for 22 officers and employees.
