At around 7pm on November 29, Ms. MA and her friend went to eat at a noodle shop in Nghia Tan area. This was a familiar restaurant where the customer had been to many times.
This time, the two guests ordered a bowl of seafood noodle soup and a portion of perch noodle soup. When the waiter brought the food to the table, Ms. MA happily enjoyed it and did not notice anything unusual.
However, after tasting the broth and eating some of the seafood that came with it, the customer noticed an unpleasant smell. Only then did she notice that the squid seemed to be spoiled.

Taking out the squid, the customer was shocked to see that the seafood dish had turned slimy and had an unpleasant fishy smell. Unable to continue eating, the customer complained to the waiter.
However, instead of carefully checking the quality of the food served to customers, the kitchen staff only looked at it briefly and calmly said that "the squid was just blanched". The restaurant also did not admit the mistake or exchange the meal for another one for the customer.
Frustrated with the unprofessional way the restaurant handled the situation, the customer paid in full and left. The customer's bill included seafood noodle soup for 65,000 VND and a bowl of perch soup for 45,000 VND.
However, because she wanted to warn others to be careful when choosing restaurants, Ms. MA decided to share her unpleasant experience on a food forum.
The post immediately attracted a large number of interactions. Many of them said that they used to be regular customers of this restaurant. However, after a while, customers saw that the quality of the restaurant's food had declined, so they looked for another location.
"I learned about this restaurant after hearing a famous travel blogger share his experience. At first, the food quality was stable. However, later, I don't know if it was because of the high price of ingredients or some other reason, but the quality of the food got worse and worse. There was even a time when I ate noodles that were still hard as if they weren't cooked thoroughly," said a customer named Thu Thuy.
"Looking at these slimy black squids, they are probably frozen but past their expiration date. We really need the intervention of the authorities so that restaurants in the capital can operate properly and ensure food hygiene and safety for customers," said Nguyen Minh.

For her part, Ms. MA said that since sharing the article, the customer has not received any feedback or official apology from the above mentioned food and beverage establishment.
According to the investigation, the noodle shop where the customer had a bad experience is located in Nghia Tan area, To Hieu ward, Hanoi . When Dan Tri reporter contacted the restaurant's hotline, the phone number was always locked and could not be contacted.
On Google's review platform, the restaurant has a score of 3.7 out of 5 stars. Recently, this establishment has continuously received negative feedback from diners.
A customer named Nguyen Nhat Linh said he had been to the restaurant many times and had been a regular since the establishment first opened. However, he noticed that the quality of service and food had declined.
Sharing the same sentiment, customer Duong Thuy came to the restaurant 2 weeks ago, commented that the noodles were hard, the broth was salty and the amount of food was very little. The customer bought a meal for 45,000 VND and had to pay an additional 5,000 VND for the box to take away.
