On the afternoon of November 1, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a ceremony to announce the decision on personnel work. Attending were comrades: Nguyen Nam Dinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Nhu Khoi, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

Comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council presented the appointment decision to Comrade Dang Dinh Quang - Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council of Nghe An province.

On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh presented flowers to congratulate comrade Dang Dinh Quang, Deputy Head of the Administration Department, Office of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, on being appointed to the position of Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Council of Nghe An province, for a term of 5 years.
