( Bqp.vn ) - Within the framework of his visit and work in North Korea, on the afternoon of September 19, Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Deputy Minister of National Defense , paid a courtesy visit to General Kang Sun Nam, Minister of National Defense of North Korea.

At the reception, General Kang Sun expressed his pleasure to receive the delegation of the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense; emphasizing that the relationship between Vietnam and the DPRK is a good traditional friendship built by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kim Il Sung and previous leaders and has been nurtured and preserved through generations.
