With the motto "Where there are workers, there is a Trade Union", Trade Unions at all levels in the province have constantly innovated the content and methods of operation, cared for and protected the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; effectively organized patriotic emulation movements, creating a strong driving force to arouse the potential and intelligence of union members and workers...

In order to build a strong workforce to meet the requirements of national development, trade unions at all levels have promoted propaganda, mobilization and encouragement for workers to raise awareness and responsibility in studying and practicing professional skills; organized negotiations and dialogues, and requested employers to pay attention to creating favorable conditions to support workers to participate in studying and improving their qualifications...

Many exciting, effective and practical emulation movements have been implemented by Trade Unions at all levels such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Studying to improve all aspects of qualifications to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization", "Promoting initiatives and technical improvements", "Reviewing theory, practicing skills, competing for skilled workers"...

Emulation movements have contributed to motivating, encouraging, and arousing the spirit of production competition, determination to innovate, create, and master science and technology of workers. Thereby, more and more typical advanced collectives and individuals, passionate about work and creativity, have appeared; many initiatives and technical improvement solutions of workers have been applied to production practice, bringing high efficiency.

With the determination to create sustainable development momentum from innovation and creativity, Prime Group Joint Stock Company always focuses on implementing continuous improvement activities; encouraging and creating conditions for employees to research, promote initiatives and improve techniques.

Every year, the company has hundreds of technical innovation initiatives of employees that are accepted and applied in practice. Typical initiatives include: "Solution to increase production on the production line" by Mr. Nguyen Hoai Nam, Prime Tien Phong Joint Stock Company, helping to save 69.5 billion VND/year; "Improving and extending the color enamel production line No. 5 and 6" by Mr. Truong Quang Bao, technician of Prime Dai Viet Joint Stock Company, contributing to increasing productivity and product quality, bringing economic benefits of more than 1.2 billion VND/year/production line; "Improving automatic ferry cars and brick loading rails" by Mr. Vu Minh Tuan, Technical Service Department, Prime Group Joint Stock Company, making a profit of more than 11 billion VND/year...

Motivating Pioneer Workers to Enter a New Era

The 4.0 industrial revolution has been promoting the division of labor, requiring workers to constantly learn, equip themselves with digital intelligence and digital skills to adapt to new technology; strive to innovate and create not only to follow, but also to contribute to creating new things.

With the theme "Vietnamese workers are pioneers entering a new era", Workers' Month 2025 has been actively implemented by Trade Unions at all levels in coordination with all levels, sectors and enterprises with many programs such as "Creative workers, confidently entering a new era"; "May Dialogue"; "Propaganda, raising awareness of union members and workers"; forum "Party with Workers - Workers with the Party"...

The main activities during Workers' Month focus on propaganda and mobilizing union members and workers to study, improve their skills, cultivate their mettle, innovate their working style, and improve their integration skills; organize emulation movements to encourage union members and workers to innovate, have initiatives, improve techniques, and apply modern technology to production.

At the same time, organize competitions to propose ideas, initiatives, and technical solutions; honor and reward employees with achievements in labor and production, many initiatives, creativity, and high achievements in competitions.

With practical contents and programs, activities during Workers' Month will contribute significantly to raising awareness, responsibility, and pioneering role of workers in innovation, creativity, promoting initiatives, technical improvements; promoting the proactive spirit of workers in the digital age, technological transformation and international integration.

At the same time, it creates a strong spread and attention of the whole society, especially the authorities at all levels and employers, to the jobs, lives and issues of workers; creates conditions for workers to actively study, improve their qualifications and skills, access modern labor trends, adapt to the context of international integration and the 4.0 industrial revolution, and be ready for the new development stage of the country.
