During the 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Mang Yang District Party Committee has focused on propaganda, research, and dissemination of Directive No. 05-CT/TW and related directive documents in many appropriate, practical, and effective forms.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee issued a plan to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW and an annual thematic plan; at the same time, it directed grassroots party organizations, agencies, and units to develop plans, organize learning, dissemination, and propaganda to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW and annual thematic plans. 70 classes were held, with 12,860 cadres and party members participating. The political center and the Party Committees of 12 communes and towns opened 34 learning and dissemination classes with 2,556 cadres and party members...

Mang Yang District Party Committee has focused on implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW in conjunction with the work of Party building and rectification in accordance with Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (term XII, XIII), Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW of the 13th Party Central Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely preventing, repelling, and strictly handling cadres and Party members who have degraded in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation".

Party committees at all levels and leaders have promoted their roles in leading, directing, organizing implementation and fulfilling the exemplary responsibility of cadres, party members, civil servants, union members, association members, and leaders in studying and following Uncle Ho's example.

Directing grassroots party organizations to determine the content of specialized activities suitable to the reality at the Party Committee level, agencies, units, localities, campaigns, and patriotic emulation movements, effectively resolving pressing social issues that people are concerned about.

Enhance the responsibility of Party leaders in receiving people, having direct dialogue with people and handling people's feedback and recommendations in the district. The team of cadres, civil servants and public employees have worked with all walks of life at the grassroots level to effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements.

After 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW, the local socio -economic targets have all met and exceeded the set plan. Political security and social order and safety have been basically maintained.

The locality has paid attention to promoting administrative reform, effectively implementing national target programs on sustainable poverty reduction, building new rural areas and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, the policy of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses and political tasks in localities and units. On this occasion, the conference announced the decision of the Chairman of the District People's Committee to award certificates of merit to 7 collectives and 12 individuals with outstanding achievements in 10 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo "on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".
