Accordingly, in the judicial field, the draft laws that the National Assembly (NA) has commented on include: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of People's Courts; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Organization of People's Procuracies; Penal Code (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code; Law on Transfer of Persons Serving Prison Sentences; and Law on Extradition.

In the socio -economic field, it is worth noting the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Enterprise Law; the Resolution of the National Assembly on a number of special mechanisms and policies, creating breakthroughs in the construction and organization of law enforcement; the Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting a number of special mechanisms and policies for the development of social housing.

In particular, the National Assembly will consider, discuss and approve resolutions on shortening the term of the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term; the national election day for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; and give opinions on draft resolutions on reducing value-added tax and exempting tuition fees.
