Bac Giang won 2 music awards on the theme of studying and following Uncle Ho.

The campaign to create and promote literary, artistic and journalistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" phase II, 2021-2025 period, takes place from May 2023 to May 2025.

Leaders of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee congratulated musician Nguyen Tuan Khuong and musician Ba ​​Dat.

According to the Organizing Committee, there were more than 1,500 works eligible for awards in the categories of literature, art and journalism. The preliminary councils worked seriously and thoroughly, selecting 269 works and projects for the final round. The Final Council reached a high consensus, awarding 12 A prizes; 56 B prizes; 99 C prizes; 102 Encouragement prizes; and commending 34 groups and 12 individuals with outstanding achievements in promotional activities.

The award not only honors the works but also honors the people who are contributing to following Uncle Ho through their own creations, contributing to building and developing Vietnamese culture in the new era. The award-winning works show respect for President Ho Chi Minh, inspiring the motivation to study and follow Uncle Ho in every daily activity. Many works are highly appreciated for their aesthetics and artistic quality.

The Bac Giang Literature and Arts Association has two authors and musical works that won the C prize. That is musician Tuan Khuong with the concerto Light and Faith, written for two cellos and piano. The music expresses the spirit, style, and morality of Ho Chi Minh as light and faith in the way of thinking, working, and in the heart of each person. The music can be performed in many different forms such as ensemble, symphony, and can be accompanied by dance... For 3 consecutive years, musician Tuan Khuong received the Central Music Award on the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style.

Musician Ba ​​Dat with the song collection Rhythm of Time including 45 articles about the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland, country, and highland culture. The song collection has the melody of ethnic minority folk songs of the Northwest - Viet Bac region, interspersed with many bilingual songs written in Vietnamese and Tay ethnic languages...
