Accepting JICA volunteers in Vietnam to work at the Rehabilitation Hospital

JICA volunteers will work at the Therapy Department, Lao Cai Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital from May 20, for a period of 2 years.

During this time, volunteers will participate in patient treatment; share physical therapy expertise with hospital medical staff through group activities at the department; participate in activities such as case consultation, ward visits and other professional activities according to hospital regulations, and participate in movement activities organized by the unit and department.

Mr. Sato Kota, Coordinator of JICA Volunteer Dispatch Program, spoke at the program.

Leaders of the Department of Health presented flowers to welcome volunteers to work at the Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital.

The Provincial Rehabilitation Hospital will create the best conditions for food, accommodation, travel, and working conditions, helping volunteers develop their professional knowledge and contribute to improving the quality of treatment and rehabilitation at the hospital.
