The Provincial People's Court Party Committee was established on the basis of merging the Provincial People's Court Party Committees of Lam Dong, Dak Nong, and Binh Thuan (old) provinces, directly under the Provincial Party Committee of Party Agencies, with 468 party members and 21 party cells. The Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term consists of 15 people; the Standing Committee has 5 people; the Inspection Committee has 5 people.

The Provincial People's Court Party Committee before and after the merger has led the serious and complete implementation and completion of assigned tasks. Specifically, despite the huge workload after the merger and streamlining, Party building and professional work are still ensured and have achieved many positive results.

Political and ideological work of cadres, party members, civil servants and workers is well implemented, maintaining regular activities at agencies and units, focusing on the work of resolving and trying all types of cases.

From the beginning of the year to July 31, the two-level People's Courts resolved and tried 18,678/29,610 cases of all kinds (reaching more than 63%), ensuring compliance with the law, preventing wrongful convictions and letting criminals escape.

Mediation, dialogue, organization of online experience-sharing sessions; public disclosure of judgments and decisions on the People's Court's electronic information portal to meet the requirements of judicial reform.

The work of enforcing criminal sentences, considering sentence reductions, and conducting professional inspections is carried out seriously.

Political and ideological work is given importance, with emphasis on education in political theory, Marxism-Leninism, and Ho Chi Minh thought; propaganda of the Party's guidelines and policies and State laws; training in ethics and lifestyle, improving the political capacity of cadres and party members, and consolidating people's trust.

Regarding organization and personnel, Party committees at all levels participated in perfecting the apparatus, developing plans for arranging and assigning cadres and civil servants before and after the merger; promptly promulgating working regulations of the agency and the Provincial People's Court Party Committee. Mass mobilization and union work was effectively implemented, grasping social thoughts and opinions, and providing timely orientation.

The Party Committee's Inspection Commission issued a plan for inspection and supervision in 2025, conducting three inspections of two party cells and one party cell secretary, and found no violations.

The Party Committee focuses on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (terms XI, XII, XIII) and preventing and combating corruption and waste.

Administrative reform, application of information technology, and digital transformation have been promoted, gradually improving operational efficiency and creating convenience for people when coming to court.

Besides the achieved results, the Provincial People's Court Party Committee still faces difficulties in terms of staffing, facilities, especially working headquarters and arrangement of specialized cadres for Party work; the caseload has increased after the merger.

The Provincial People's Court recommends that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee continue to pay attention, direct, and facilitate the arrangement and lending of working offices; support resources and funding to improve facilities; focus on training in political theory, fostering and training Party work skills for staff members to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation. Overcoming difficulties and obstacles, the Provincial People's Court has set out a number of key tasks for the coming time.

At the same time, the leaders of the Provincial Court also reflected on the thoughts, feelings, travel, accommodation of cadres, party members, civil servants and employees after the merger... Management of party member records; working headquarters and difficulties in trial activities of the two-level court.

Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary Bui Thang acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved along with the spirit of solidarity, sharing to overcome difficulties and complete the tasks well. In addition to agreeing with the directions and key tasks set out by the Provincial People's Court Party Committee, the Deputy Provincial Party Committee Secretary requested the Provincial People's Court Party Committee to continue to innovate leadership methods, maintain solidarity, improve the quality of trials and Party building, and strive to exceed the 2025 target.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized that in the coming time, the Provincial People's Court Party Committee needs to quickly review and stabilize the organizational structure from the provincial to regional levels to put it into operation and complete its tasks; focus on building internal unity and solidarity; assign and divide tasks and duties of officials, civil servants, and leaders of the Court, in the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee, to be close to work and expertise.

At the same time, where key staff have not been arranged, we need to focus on them to arrange leadership in a timely manner. At the same time, we continue to review and supplement the work program for the last 6 months of the year, the inspection and supervision program of the Party Committee, etc. Organize the study and dissemination of the Party Committee's resolutions to quickly apply them to life and work.

For political tasks and professional tasks, we must strive to meet the requirements and assigned ratios; do not use arrangement as an excuse to affect the work and tasks. We must pay attention to political and ideological work, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of cadres and party members; care, encourage and support civil servants and public employees in appropriate forms, in order to remove difficulties and obstacles in the post-merger operation process.

Focus on reviewing and rebuilding coordination regulations between internal agencies, between the court sector and the Procuracy, the court and the enforcement agency, etc., to serve as a basis for better implementation of tasks. In particular, it is necessary to take the lead in administrative reform in the court sector, associated with digital transformation and digitization of data records. Focus on strengthening the leadership role of Party committees and leaders in organizing emulation movements, replicating typical examples to effectively perform political tasks; pay attention to effectively managing the court's facilities and assets, avoiding loss and degradation.

Regarding the opinions and recommendations proposed to the Lam Dong Provincial People's Court Party Committee, Comrade Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, also noted and continued to urge. Particularly, regarding the proposal to support funding for improving facilities, there must be a specific proposal for consideration. For the office building, it is necessary to study and have a repair plan to meet work needs.
