Carrying out the task of organizing forces to participate in the parade and march in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the General Staff has directed the Department of Military Training - School to draft a Directive on organizing and training the Army and militia forces to participate in the parade and march in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (A80) on the basis of maintaining the forces and groups that participated in the parade and march to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification; building A80 groups including 11 standing groups and 27 walking groups.

The Department of Military Training - School has presided over and coordinated with agencies and units to organize surveys and determine places to eat and stay for the forces in a convenient direction for concentrated training and cluster training.
Units assigned to supplement the number of troops participating in the A80 parade proactively developed plans, organized inspections, selected officers and soldiers who met the prescribed standards, and organized training to be ready to supplement the blocs.
At the conference, delegates discussed and agreed on the following contents: Organizing the parade, marching forces, costumes, equipment, blocks; gathering locations, parade routes; arranging training locations for blocks in clusters; parade plans, etc.
Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested agencies and units to focus on promoting responsibility and implementing well each assigned work content.
In particular, the General Department of Logistics and Engineering conducts a comprehensive inspection of the eating and resting places for soldiers during training. Any problems that arise must be promptly reported to the Chief of the General Staff and the Ministry of National Defense for direction and resolution.
The General Department of Defense Industry promptly proposed and produced materials, technical equipment, and vehicles to ensure good service for the parade and marching tasks. Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia noted that the parade and marching practice time takes place during the hottest months of the summer (from June to September), so agencies and units need to focus on developing flexible and scientific training plans to achieve efficiency and ensure good health for soldiers.
