On the morning of July 15, Mr. Le Phuoc Huu, Director of Chau Thanh Transport Cooperative, Tay Ninh province, said that after extracting the camera, he found that driver Tran Hoang Minh driving the bus with license plate 62G-00531 running the Thanh Vinh Dong - Cho Lon bus route (MST: 62-10) did not comply with the provisions of the Road Traffic Law, picked up passengers in the wrong place, and collided with another vehicle.

For this behavior, Chau Thanh Transport Cooperative decided to suspend driver Tran Hoang Minh for 30 days (from July 14 to August 14, 2025).

Previously, the Public Transport Management Center (under the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction) decided to temporarily suspend driver Nguyen Tuan Anh, driving the bus with license plate 51B-26984.

As reported, the clip recorded that on July 8, on National Highway 1, near the An Lac roundabout (Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City), 2 buses were traveling in the same direction at high speed. At the same time, many people were driving motorbikes on the road.

At this time, the bus driver running the Cho Lon – Thanh Vinh Dong route and the bus running the Long An – Cho Lon route were moving, then quickly stopped to pick up passengers. One bus drove ahead, at the same time forcing the other bus to fly onto the sidewalk.

On the road, the two vehicles collided on the side of the vehicle, so both drivers stopped. At the scene, the bus running on the Cho Lon - Thanh Vinh Dong route was still on the road next to the curb, while the bus running on the Long An - Cho Lon route was forced to run straight onto the sidewalk.

A large piece of glass on a bus was broken right next to a passenger. According to the passenger, the act of forcing the bus was due to a fight to pick up passengers.
