Continue to improve and enhance the quality of the Army Review and Mass Parade Program to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation Day of Hai Phong

There were 48 groups participating in the rehearsal, including 42 parade groups and a large-displacement motorcycle convoy, including 4 ceremonial groups, 17 armed forces groups and 21 mass parade groups; along with 6 standing groups with a total of about 2,900 people. The program opened with a grand choir of the song "Red Flamboyant City", with the participation of tens of thousands of people, professional and non-professional artists, creating a solemn and heroic atmosphere.

Immediately after the ceremony, the parade groups moved along the following route: Tran Hung Dao Street - City Theater Square - Quang Trung Street - Female General Le Chan Monument area - Nguyen Duc Canh Street - ending at Tran Phu Street.

Concluding the direction at the rehearsal, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Hoang Minh Cuong emphasized that the program of reviewing the team and marching the masses is an activity of special significance, towards the 70th Anniversary of the Liberation Day of Hai Phong - Heroic City (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2025) and the Red Flamboyant Festival - Hai Phong 2025. The Vice Chairman commended and acknowledged the efforts and responsibility of the participating forces in the training, especially through the three recent joint training sessions, contributing to creating a vibrant and solemn atmosphere for the program.

In order for the official program to achieve the highest quality, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested that the armed forces and mass parade teams continue to strengthen their training, ensuring that the formations are even and beautiful, clearly demonstrating the spirit, identity and meaning of the event. The Vice Chairman assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to closely coordinate with the City Military Command and the City Police to organize and stabilize the formations, especially in the area for delegates; maintain the current number of teams; at the same time, add the song "As if Uncle Ho were here on the great victory day" after the choir performance "Red Flamboyant City"; ensure sound quality throughout the entire route so that the parade program takes place in a synchronous, solemn and effective manner.

The Army Review and Mass Parade will officially take place at 7:30 a.m. on May 11 at the City Theater Square and the streets in the city center.

The program was broadcast live on THP channel and simultaneously broadcast on digital platforms of Hai Phong City Press and Communications Center, serving a large number of people to follow and cheer./.
