Continue to implement the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" in the province

DTO - To continue effectively implementing the Movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" ("TDĐKXDĐSVH"), improving the quality of cultural titles, creating positive changes in building culture and people of Dong Thap who are affectionate, dynamic and creative, the Provincial People's Committee requests the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations of the province to strengthen propaganda and mobilization to the Front Working Committee, branches, associations, self-governing People's Groups, association halls and all classes of people to effectively implement the Movement "All people unite to build a new countryside and civilized urban areas" ("TDĐKXDNTM, DTVM") and activities to implement the Movement in the Program of coordination and unification of actions of the Fatherland Front system and member organizations at all levels to organize and implement. Participate with departments and branches in monitoring the implementation of regulations on criteria, procedures and processes for considering recognition of civilized urban areas and coordinate in guiding the implementation of collecting opinions on people's satisfaction with the results of building civilized urban areas according to regulations.

Provincial departments, branches and sectors, according to their relevant functions and tasks, continue to coordinate in implementing the contents of the Movement. Every year, proactively direct and urge the implementation of the Movement "TDĐKXDĐSVH" within the scope of professional tasks.

The People's Committees of districts and cities continue to implement the Movement locally; assign focal units and coordinate implementation to ensure effectiveness. Pay attention to investment, promote encouragement for organizations and individuals to participate in investing in cultural institutions to serve people and workers in industrial parks and export processing zones; strengthen inspection and supervision of the use of cultural and sports facilities, cultural and sports institutions; promote cultural, artistic and sports activities of agencies, units, enterprises, etc. to encourage and motivate people of all walks of life to improve their physical and mental health. Annually, develop programs and plans to implement the Movement "Traditional sports for building a civilized and civilized society" in accordance with local requirements and practices...

Provincial press and radio agencies, Dong Thap Electronic Information Portal continue to promote effective propaganda of the Movement's content; introduce new, creative, effective ways, and advanced examples of implementing the Movement "TDĐKXDĐSVH" in the province.
