Red River Scenic Avenue Axis: New development symbol of the Capital
The investment project to build the Red River Landscape Avenue Axis is identified by Hanoi City as a project that brings momentum to the new development phase, creating a dynamic axis connecting existing urban areas, expanding development space to the North and South of the Red River.
At working sessions with relevant ministries, branches and Hanoi city, General Secretary To Lam made many important conclusions and directions to orient the capital's development strategy in the coming time, including developing the Red River axis into a new development symbol of the capital.
On November 14, 2025, in a report sent to the Government Standing Committee and the Prime Minister , Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan said that the Red River Landscape Boulevard is a project bearing the symbolic mark of the Capital and is a key and urgent investment project that has received close attention and regular direction from the Central and Government leaders.

Hanoi accelerates digital transformation according to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU: Resolute from the foundation to create new breakthroughs
Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TU of the Politburo, Hanoi identified digital transformation as the main driving force to create a new growth model and improve the quality of urban governance in the next development stage.
Hanoi is strongly promoting the construction of databases. The city has deployed 62 specialized databases, connecting with 28 national systems via a data sharing platform. In 2025, more than 33 million connections were recorded with a success rate of over 97%. The specialized network infrastructure to communes and wards has been completed, creating conditions for the two-level government to operate uniformly, process records faster and share data smoothly.
To promote digital transformation, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Truong Viet Dung said that Hanoi aims to complete all digital transformation tasks by 2025. Agencies review digital platforms, ensure unified document management systems, work records and digital reports, creating a foundation for synchronous digital government from the city to the grassroots.
Election of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels: Choosing people with virtue and talent for the country
The election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term will take place in early 2026, and is awaited by voters and people nationwide.
Identifying this as the "key of the key" step, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Hoang Dang Quang said that personnel work will decide the success of the election.
