MU wants to buy Timber
According to T ransfermarkt , in a surprise move, MU has ambitions to recruit versatile defender Jurrien Timber from rival Arsenal.
Timber is a right-back, capable of playing as a centre-back or left-back, with all-round offensive and defensive abilities.
The 24-year-old Dutchman has a contract with Arsenal until 2025. United are trying to convince the former Ajax defender to join Ruben Amorim's football project at Old Trafford.
Arsenal have been on a shopping spree recently. MU believes the Gunners must sell players to meet the Premier League's sustainable profit regulations, so they see this as an opportunity to lure Timber .
Liverpool want Ekitike
2024/25 Premier League champions Liverpool are planning to continue their attack reinforcements with the target of Hugo Ekitike.
Liverpool are likely to part ways with Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez. Therefore, coach Arne Slot needs Ekitike to restructure the attack.
