According to this result, Dak Lak province ranked 29th in digital government pillars, 28th in digital economy pillars and 28th in digital society pillars.
It is known that since 2020, the Ministry of Science and Technology (formerly the Ministry of Information and Communications ) has issued and deployed the DTI Index to assess the level of digital transformation at 3 levels: Ministry, province and country.
DTI is an important tool to monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness and guide policies to promote digital transformation nationwide.
In particular, the provincial DTI is structured according to 3 pillars: Digital government, digital economy and digital society, including 8 main indicators and 47 component indicators. Of which, the common foundation index group (digital awareness, digital institutions, digital infrastructure, digital human resources and cyber security) accounts for the majority, in addition to the operational index group (digital government, digital economy, digital society).
This result reflects the effectiveness of localities proactively applying digital technology to management activities and socio-economic development, while promoting digital transformation in each specific industry and field.
