On this occasion, the General Secretary proposed to the UK Parliamentary Group for Friendship with Vietnam to continue maintaining delegation exchanges, promoting cultural, educational, and scientific exchanges, and connecting businesses between the two countries; and to promote exchanges and thematic workshops in the legislative field between specialized committees of the two Parliaments, especially on the development of the international financial market in Vietnam.
