In recent times, the awareness of digital transformation of Party committees, commanders, cadres, employees and workers in Corporation 28 has had many clear changes. Information technology infrastructure serving digital transformation has been focused on investment. Cadres and employees have quickly adapted to innovative working methods in the cyberspace environment, gradually replacing traditional methods in management, administration, work delivery, document completion, etc. Many tasks are being basically deployed on software, helping to increase work processing speed, improve management and operation efficiency, save time and costs for the unit. In particular, in recently organized competitions, the multiple-choice test has applied automatic software to arrange exam questions and score to demonstrate fairness, democracy and transparency in the competition.

Colonel Do Tuan Anh, General Director of Corporation 28, said: The 2023 Digital Transformation Competition aims to raise awareness and importance of digital transformation, promote responsibility, qualifications, and skills in exploiting and using software in developing e -Government for commanders, officers, employees, and workers in Corporation 28. Thereby, maximizing the potential of resources, connecting related departments, promoting revenue growth thanks to technology applications, speeding up work processing, increasing efficiency and quality of work, increasing interaction with customers, capturing information and customer needs, and improving customer experience. The competition is also the basis for participating in the digital transformation competition organized by the General Department of Logistics in the coming time.

Contestants participating in the contest are divided into 3 groups: Unit leaders, IT staff, and indirect staff. Participating in the contest, contestants will take a multiple-choice test on knowledge related to information technology applications, e-Government development, digital transformation of military logistics, information security, network security, building and managing, exploiting, and using software, digital databases, etc. In addition, contestants will take an essay test appropriate to the subject according to the topics given by the organizing committee. 11 contestants with outstanding essays will present directly at the contest and answer questions from the judges.

In the end, the organizing committee awarded 3 first prizes to outstanding contestants in 3 groups, along with second, third and consolation prizes to other outstanding contestants.

In his speech, Colonel Vu Quang Mien, Deputy Chief of Staff of the General Department of Logistics, praised Corporation 28 for organizing the contest with good quality, and at the same time requested the unit to continue to disseminate, thoroughly understand, and educate to raise awareness, roles, and responsibilities of cadres, employees, workers, and laborers in implementing digital transformation in the enterprise. The unit needs to closely follow the plans of all levels, complete the enterprise's digital transformation plan, develop internal regulations, develop goods identification management, and regulations on using shared software of the unit.

The Corporation needs to focus on promoting training, fostering and developing human resources, promoting the digital transformation process of enterprises, building a digital culture and having mechanisms and policies to attract, recruit and foster IT human resources.
