Along with Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai, the Standing Committee of the 18th Hanoi Party Committee also has four Deputy Secretaries of the City Party Committee, including Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Ms. Phung Thi Hong Ha and Mr. Nguyen Trong Dong.

The list of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and the Chairman of the Hanoi City Party Committee's Inspection Committee for the new term was also officially announced.

On the morning of October 17, at the National Convention Center, the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, held its second official working day with the presence of 550 delegates representing nearly 500,000 party members of the entire city Party Committee.

Accordingly, on the afternoon of October 16, the Congress elected the 18th City Party Executive Committee consisting of 75 comrades. At the first meeting held on the same day, the 18th City Party Executive Committee elected comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the city's National Assembly delegation to hold the position of Secretary of the 18th Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
