Branch 1 operates 24/7 and people can call at any time.

The Department of Hydrometeorology said that in the face of increasingly rapid, complex, and extreme hydrometeorological disasters, along with the increasing need for interaction and use of hydrometeorological information, there is a requirement for access to diverse, timely, accurate, and unified hydrometeorological forecast and warning information.
