Attending the rehearsal were comrades: Nguyen Hoai Anh - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dang Hong Sy - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Binh Thuan Province; Vo Thanh Binh - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission; Nguyen Minh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The 50th Liberation Day Celebration of Binh Thuan Province will take place at 7:00 p.m. on April 19 at the Provincial Cultural and Art Exhibition Hall. The celebration program consists of three parts: Before the ceremony, the official celebration program, the art program and high-altitude fireworks display, along with a special art program that is elaborately staged. The program has the participation of more than 100 professional singers and actors from the Bien Xanh Music and Dance Theater and a number of famous singers and music groups loved by the audience from Ho Chi Minh City.

The program aims to review the heroic and glorious traditions of the Vietnamese people as well as the army and people of Binh Thuan. Thereby, it arouses patriotism, national pride, encourages cadres, party members and all classes of people, and the armed forces of the province to continue to work enthusiastically, be creative, and compete to successfully carry out the tasks of socio -economic development and ensuring national defense and security of the locality.

At the rehearsal, provincial leaders gave specific comments on shortcomings that need to be further edited and supplemented so that the program can take place successfully.
