The Board of Directors (BOD) of BCG Land Joint Stock Company (stock code BCR) - a subsidiary of Bamboo Capital Group - has just announced decisions related to personnel. Specifically, the BOD has approved the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung from the position of General Director and legal representative from March 20 to focus on his duties as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.
Instead, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tien, currently the company's Deputy General Director (newly appointed on March 3), to hold the position of General Director of BCG Land from March 20. The appointment term is 1 year. BCR also appointed Mr. Ho Viet Thuy to hold the position of Deputy General Director and legal representative from March 20.

In addition, BCG Land also dismissed Mr. Pham Dai Nghia from the position of Deputy General Director and legal representative at his personal request; dismissed Ms. Le Nguyen Phuong Thao from the position of Administrator and Company Secretary at his personal request; and dismissed Mr. Le Nong from the position of Deputy General Director in charge of project development.
In addition, Mr. Nguyen Khanh Duy also submitted a resignation letter from the position of member of the Board of Directors of BCG Land for "objective reasons". On this occasion, the Board of Directors of BCG Land also approved the dismissal of Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen from the position of Head of Internal Audit Department from February 28. Previously, Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Tuyen was prosecuted by the authorities.
At the end of February, Mr. Nguyen Tung Lam - former General Director of Bamboo Capital (stock code BCG) submitted his resignation from the position of member of the Board of Directors at subsidiary BCG Land for the 2022 - 2027 term to focus on performing new tasks. Since February 28, Mr. Nguyen Tung Lam has committed to refusing to exercise all rights and obligations as a member of the Board of Directors of BCG Land.
With the change of a series of senior leaders, BCG Land also announced the extension of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to before June 30 to have more time for preparation.
Bamboo Capital Group and its member companies have made many changes in senior personnel after announcing that Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam - former Chairman of the Group was prosecuted. Bamboo Capital Group's fanpage recently also announced the sad news that Chairman of the Board of Directors Kou Kok Yiow (Chris) suddenly passed away on March 8 due to a heart attack, at the age of 63. Mr. Kou Kok Yiow has replaced Mr. Nguyen Ho Nam as Chairman of the Board of Directors since the end of April 2024.
