Summary of the Intergenerational Self-Help Club model

As a result, as of May 30, 2025, the whole province has established 68 LHTGN Clubs in 58 communes with 2,959 members participating, an increase of 53 clubs compared to the beginning of the term, exceeding the target assigned by the Provincial People's Committee for the period 2021 - 2025 (53 clubs/target of 25 clubs), reaching a rate of 212% (exceeding 112%) according to Plan No. 2334 of the Provincial People's Committee. The total mobilized capital of 68 clubs when launched was more than 2 billion VND, up to now, it has increased to more than 2.5 billion VND, providing loans to 297 members of poor and near-poor households with a total amount of more than 1.2 billion VND. All members who received loans from the Club used the capital for the right purposes such as: Raising hybrid wild boars, chickens, fattening cows; planting; buying seeds for rice production; small business... The members who received loans all ensured to pay interest and capital on time, produced effectively, stabilized their family's life, and some members escaped poverty.

Collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the Project to replicate the model of the LTHTGN Club received Certificates of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly.

Collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in building and replicating the model of the LTHTGN Club received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

On this occasion, 2 collectives and 4 outstanding individuals were honored to receive Certificates of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Association of the Elderly and Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee.
