Summary of the movement "People's Public Security Youth studying and practicing Uncle Ho's Six Teachings" phase 2019

(BLC) - The Provincial Police Youth Union has just held a conference to summarize the movement "People's Police Youth studying and implementing Uncle Ho's Six Teachings" for the period 2019 - 2023 among Lai Chau Police Youth.

Attending the conference were comrades: Vu Thi Mai Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; Colonel Sung A Sua - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police; comrades representing the Party Committee, leaders of departments, police of districts and cities; secretaries, deputy secretaries of affiliated youth unions, police youth unions of districts and cities, and 37 typical advanced youths from grassroots unions under the Provincial Police.

During the 2019-2023 term, the Youth Union of Lai Chau Provincial Police effectively carried out the movement "Young People's Public Security Forces study and practice Uncle Ho's Six Teachings" associated with the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo, the campaign "Building the style of People's Public Security Forces with courage, humanity, and serving the people".

Representatives of the Provincial Youth Union and Provincial Police presented Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Police Director to individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement "Youth of the People's Public Security studying and practicing Uncle Ho's Six Teachings".

The results achieved 7 set targets, the youth movement was initiated by youth union members to undertake new, difficult tasks, tasks requiring youth strength, over 4,000 youth union members volunteered to join forces during peak periods of crime suppression; the "Creative Youth" movement implemented the "Creative Idea Mailbox" contributing over 240 ideas to effectively serve professional work, union work and youth movements posted directly on the Central Youth Union's Creative Idea Bank Portal; enhanced the application of science and technology in implementing Project 06-CP of the Prime Minister, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the locality in particular and the whole country in general.

In the volunteer movement, Lai Chau Police Youth built and handed over 8 projects "Lighting up border villages" with nearly 155 solar lights in border communes, planted over 6,000 trees in the province, mobilized socialization, and helped local people with a total amount of over 12.4 billion VND.

Comrade Vu Thi Mai Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, awarded Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement "Youth of the People's Public Security studying and practicing Uncle Ho's Six Teachings".

At the conference, grassroots youth unions and Youth Unions of districts and cities presented papers such as: the role of youth union organizations and youth union members in ensuring network safety and security; young police officers being proactive and creative in implementing Project 06 of the Prime Minister and participating in ensuring security and order, etc. Through movements and campaigns, many examples of bravery and intelligence in the fight against crime have emerged; exemplary youth, good people, good deeds, actions, and noble gestures have been recognized and highly appreciated by Party committees, authorities and people...

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Vu Thi Mai Dinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; Colonel Sung A Sua - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police highly appreciated the emulation contents and achievements of the youth of the Provincial Police in the past time. At the same time, he directed a number of contents that need to be focused on further promoting to effectively implement the movement in the coming time such as: Party committees and leaders of units regularly create conditions for the youth unions in the organization to participate in youth union activities, pay attention to the training and fostering of young cadres; continue to do a good job of monitoring, inspecting and doing a good job of emulation between youth unions, encouraging outstanding collectives and individuals... so that the youth union movement of Lai Chau Police will develop more and more strongly.

Summarizing the period 2019-2023, Lai Chau Provincial Youth Union awarded Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement and the Provincial Police Director awarded Certificates of Merit to 25 outstanding young people with outstanding achievements in the movement "Youth of the People's Public Security studying and practicing Uncle Ho's Six Teachings".
