"A total of 10 points will be presented next week," Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said. The plan covers security, energy, weapons and many other issues.
On the weapons front, the plan focuses on production in Ukraine and cooperation with partners, after Ukrainian lawmaker Alexey Goncharenko (listed as a terrorist and extremist in Russia) said any initiative in which Kiev relies on Western partners is reaching a stage of losing its chance of implementation.

The plan also mentions “cultural sovereignty .” Even as Ukrainian forces struggle on the battlefield, Mr. Zelensky has paid the most attention to this idea.
On October 28, President Zelensky acknowledged the risk of the US withholding support for Ukraine if Donald Trump wins the presidency. Four days ago, the Ukrainian leader announced that he was working with his country’s agencies on “internal plans to strengthen Ukraine’s capabilities” on the battlefield, in the defense industry, in the economy and in finance.
However, details of Mr Zelensky's new plans have drawn negative reactions. "I am a little confused right now and cannot tell you all of Mr Zelensky's plans ," lawmaker Goncharenko wrote on Telegram.
Mr Goncharenko reminded the Ukrainian leader of the difficult situation in the Kupyansk region, the threat of a siege of Kurakhovo and the transfer of many doctors to the infantry due to a lack of troops. The lawmaker said that victory cannot be achieved by planning alone.
On November 14, US President-elect Donald Trump also planned to appoint a special envoy to negotiate a peaceful solution to the conflict in Ukraine.
"You will see a very senior envoy, a very prestigious person, who will be tasked with finding a peaceful solution. You will see that very soon," Fox News quoted the source as saying.
According to Fox News , the official in charge of Russia-Ukraine issues will be asked to reach a peaceful solution “in a short time.”
