According to the plan, propaganda work is deployed synchronously on main roads such as Ho Xuan Huong, Le Loi, Nguyen Du, Nam Song Ma Avenue, National Highway 47 and at the headquarters of the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front, mass organizations and wards and communes in the area. The forms of propaganda are diverse, including propaganda clusters, billboards, light boxes, banners, slogans, flags, red flags, LED screens... in large quantities: about 600 billboards, 150 - 200 banners, 2,000 - 3,000 red flags and 100 flag cages.
Propaganda slogans with themes such as: "Sam Son - an attractive and friendly tourist destination", "Striving to make Thanh Hoa an industrial province in a modern direction by 2030", "Promoting cultural traditions, aspirations for prosperity and the strength of national solidarity"... contribute to promoting the image of a dynamic, modern and hospitable coastal tourist city.
To ensure effectiveness, the Department of Culture, Science and Information is responsible for guiding, urging, coordinating inspection and improvement of facilities serving propaganda. The Center for Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism directly deploys on key routes and through the radio system and the city's electronic information portal. The People's Committees of communes and wards launch a peak campaign to clean up the environment and improve urban areas before April 10 and 23.
The visual propaganda not only contributes to beautifying the landscape, but also affirms the determination of Sam Son City in building a national key tourist city - smart, modern and attractive in the eyes of tourists from all over the world.
