Ho Chi Minh City established 19 working groups to monitor and direct the congress.

Members of the Congress Steering Committee will attend and directly direct the congress at the Party Committees of wards, communes, special zones and directly above the grassroots level.

The Steering Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee on the Party Congress of wards, communes, special zones and direct superiors at the grassroots level for the 2025-2030 term has just issued Notice No. 02-TB/BCĐĐH, assigning tasks to members of the Steering Committee.

Accordingly, assign members of the Congress Steering Committee to attend and directly direct the congress at the Party Committees of wards, communes, special zones and directly above the grassroots level.

The Steering Committee established 19 working groups, headed by a number of comrades in the Congress Steering Committee.

Members of the working group are comrades in the support team, monitoring officers, in charge of the Party Committees of wards, communes, special zones and direct superiors of the Party Committee's Organization Board, the Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board, the Party Committee's Inspection Commission and the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Office.

Notice 02 replaces Notice 01-TB/BCĐĐH, establishing 17 working groups, previously issued by the Steering Committee.

The working groups are responsible for developing the group's work plan to implement the plan of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, ensuring the requirements on content and organization of congresses at the assigned Party Committees; guiding and inspecting the preparation work for the congress; working directly with the assigned Party organizations.

The working groups were also mobilized and used a number of cadres and specialists from the advisory and support agencies of the City Party Committee; and the city's departments and branches to assist in performing tasks as required by the working groups.
