Therefore, it is predicted that in the near future, many investors will come to Ham Kiem to choose for themselves, because of the attraction of the land with potential and feasibility in project implementation.

However, the success of the above will depend on whether Ham Kiem commune does a good job of compensation and clearance. This has been the biggest sticking point for a long time, regardless of the clear deadlines set for key projects.
