The domestic pepper market today remained stable across the board. The highest prices were recorded in Dak Lak and Lam Dong, while other localities had lower prices.

Pepper prices on the world market

According to data from the International Pepper Community (IPC), pepper export prices in major producing countries also remained unchanged in the most recent trading session.

  • Indonesia: Lampung black pepper prices remained stable at USD 7,111/ton. Muntok white pepper prices remained unchanged at USD 9,749/ton.
  • Malaysia: ASTA black pepper price remained at USD 9,200/ton and ASTA white pepper price at USD 12,300/ton.
  • Brazil: ASTA black pepper prices remained unchanged, trading at $6,100/ton.
  • Vietnam: Prices of 500g/l and 550g/l black pepper remained at USD 6,400/ton and USD 6,600/ton, respectively. Export prices of white pepper were also stable at USD 9,050/ton.
