Tra Vinh has 10 more products achieving 4-star OCOP

On February 21, the Provincial People's Committee issued a Decision to recognize the evaluation and classification results of 10 4-star OCOP products of 5 entities.

10 OCOP products that achieved 4 stars in this batch include: Ngot sticky rice cake, Ngu Phuc sticky rice cake, Ba Mau sticky rice cake (Mai Hoang Ly business household), Sokfarm Organic fresh coconut nectar ( Tra Vinh Farm Company Limited), Hoa Tan wax coconut (Hoa Tan wax coconut cooperative), Bao Chau wax coconut, Vicosap wax coconut and sweet potato cake, Vicosap wax coconut and pumpkin cake, Vicosap wax coconut and banana cake (Cau Ke wax coconut processing Company Limited), Sao Bien natural mineral water - STARFIWA (Bien Xanh Food Joint Stock Company).

Of these, 4 products were re-recognized: Ngot sticky rice cake, Ba Mau sticky rice cake; Hoa Tan wax coconut and Bao Chau wax coconut.

Thus, in this recognition, Cau Ngang district has 3 products achieving 4-star OCOP, Cau Ke has 5 products, Tieu Can has 1 product and Duyen Hai town has 1 product. The above products will be granted 4-star OCOP product certificates by the Provincial People's Committee; they will be allowed to use the OCOP brand and star ranking printed and pasted on the product packaging according to current regulations. The OCOP product certificate is valid for 3 years (36 months), starting from February 21, 2024.

The Provincial People's Committee has also approved the scoring results of the potential 5-star OCOP product for Sokfarm Organic Coconut Nectar Soy Sauce with an average total score of 95.55 points and will send the dossier to the Central Council ( Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development ) to evaluate and recognize the national OCOP product.
