“Growing up with the Great Forest – Cuc Phuong Camp” - a special experience program organized by Cuc Phuong National Park with the theme “ Discovering Cuc Phuong treasures” was held for the first time in June 2022, leaving many good impressions on parents as well as participating campers.
Following the success, “Cuc Phuong Camp 2023” will continue to be held from June 12 to June 18, 2023 with many activities to explore the many precious things of the old forest: from vegetation, endemic animals, indigenous culture to archaeological remains in Cuc Phuong... along with similar artistic creations, taking materials and inspiration from Cuc Phuong nature.
Summer camp is an opportunity for children to experience many skills: independence, teamwork, survival skills, work organization skills... In particular, children are also guided and demonstrate presentation skills, one of the extremely necessary skills, an important asset in life and study.
After the summer camp, each child will become an ambassador of the forest, contributing to strongly conveying the love and awareness of protecting nature and forests in children in particular and the community in general. Surely, this will be a lovely, memorable and valuable experience for all children this summer.
The program is elaborately designed, with the participation of famous people such as archaeologist - Professor Nguyen Lan Cuong, summer camp program organizer, media team, artist, life skills and student management, with interesting destinations, exciting activities, meaningful content, guaranteed food and travel conditions, and insurance for participants.
With the expectation of building Cuc Phuong into a model National Park - "Great School" of nature, Cuc Phuong National Park is currently implementing many Nature Experience Programs with diverse ages, times, and forms, to bring the forest "closer" to more people, with "Green Forest Ambassadors" sharing and spreading the love of nature to the community.
