Equipping lecturers and students with multimedia and multi-platform journalism skills

The training course took place over 2 days (June 6 and 7). More than 40 officials, lecturers, students studying and working in Tra Vinh province attended.

Students participated in expressing their opinions at the training session.

At the training class, trainees were shared 3 main topics by journalist Thach Thi Soc Kha, Deputy Head of Editorial Department - Tra Vinh Newspaper; Dr. Huynh Ngoc Tai, Head of Foreign Languages ​​Faculty; Nguyen Thanh Son, Deputy Head of Communication and Community Promotion Department - Tra Vinh University including: skills in collecting and processing information and news writing models; basic methods in writing news and using images in news; headline skills, photography techniques for news and developing multimedia communication channels.

Dr. Ngo So Phe, Principal of the Southern Khmer Language - Culture - Arts School, emphasized: through the 03 topics of the training course, we hope to help lecturers, students and alumni gain new knowledge and useful skills in communication in line with the current trend of communication development. At the same time, it will be effectively applied in the work of building and developing communication channels at the unit.
