Presenting 950 gifts to support flood victims in Thai Nguyen province

On October 14, the Provincial Red Cross Society and Red Cross volunteers organized a relief team in Thai Nguyen province.

The Provincial Red Cross Association and Red Cross volunteers presented 950 gifts worth VND500 million to representatives of Thai Nguyen province people affected by floods after storm No. 11.

The delegation presented 950 gifts including rice, instant noodles, water, clothes, blankets, household appliances, pots, pans,... and cash with a total value of 500 million VND to disadvantaged households affected by floods after storm No. 11 (Matmo) in the wards and communes of Nam Hoa, Trai Cau, Linh Son and Thanh Trung.

Volunteers help people receive gifts and cash

Thai Nguyen is the locality most severely affected by floods after storm No. 11, making people's lives difficult. The gifts given to the people not only have material significance but also demonstrate the spirit of "mutual love", "the rich help the poor" and are a source of encouragement to help families overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
